Good clubs are built by people who turn up, lead well and care about the players. Rovers is always looking for coaches, assistant coaches, team managers, volunteers and committee support. Some roles need football experience. Some need organisation, communication and a willingness to help.

Roles
Where you could help
Coaches
Lead training, guide players, support match day and help build the team culture.
Assistant coaches
Support the coach, help with drills, encourage players and keep sessions moving.
Team managers
Help with communication, match day organisation, rosters and parent updates.
Volunteers
Support events, canteen, set up, pack down, fundraising, photography, media and club days.
Committee support
Help with planning, administration, governance, communication and the work that keeps the club running.
