Notice is given to all members of Doncaster Rovers Soccer Club that the Annual General Meeting of the Club will be held at 2:30pm on Saturday 22nd February 2025 at the Anderson Park Club rooms, 117 Andersons Creek Road, Doncaster East.

The general business of the meeting will be as follows:

  1. Refer to the agenda. Only items of business on the agenda will be dealt with at this meeting
  2. Election of Committee vacancies:
    1. Vice President
    2. Treasurer
    3. General Committee C (MiniRoos Coordinator)

Notice of Motion

Nominations for committee:

Nominations must be sent to the attention of the Club Registrar by post, email, or handed to Committee members who will attend the clubrooms from 6pm to 7pm on Friday 21st February 2025.

Nominations must be received by the Club Registrar prior to 7pm on Friday 21st of February 2025 and if made via email must include a scanned copy of the signed nomination form, the original form must be provided to the Club Secretary prior to commencement of the AGM.

In the event that no formal nominations for a position have been received by the due date and time, nominations will be accepted from the floor of the meeting.

Only financial members can nominate, second or receive nomination or a committee vacancy.

A member can only be nominated for one position on the committee.

Proxy votes:

All members are encouraged to attend the AGM to ensure that the best interests of the club are served.

If you cannot attend and wish to exercise a proxy vote, signed proxy forms must be received by the Club Registrar prior to 7pm on Friday 21st of February 2025 and if made via email must include a scanned copy of the signed proxy form, the original form must be provided to the Club Registrar prior to commencement of the AGM.
